Qualifications:

Thirty seven years in the construction industry while working through the Steamfitters Local Union # 475. After completing five years Apprenticeship, the majority of experience has been working as a project manager or foreman for mechanical contractors in a variety of work situations involving the following:

  • construction in and on schools,
  • hospitals,
  • prisons,
  • office buildings,
  • sewage treatment plants
  • and chemical plants
  • in the public and private sectors of the industry.
My duties included Owner/A&E interaction, supervision of field labor, design and utilization of on and off site fabrication methods, coordination, material procuring, overseeing of subcontractors and suppliers, estimating, change orders, and the administration of the job schedule, contractor payment, and contract actual time documentation using the CPM method to achieve these results. Five years AutoCAD ( r12, 13, 14, 2000 DOS & Windows ) pipe coordination, fabrication, and design experience and broad computer literacy both for mechanical contractors and as a freelance contractor.
